Do your electronic components come with a warranty?
Yes, all Eolas Prints hardware and electronic components are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For electronic items, the product must be in its original packaging. If the item has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a technical defect.
Are your 3D printing filaments and resins compatible with all printers?
